The Border Cats improve to 3-0 at home with their win tonight against the Eau Claire Express. The Cats held the lead the entire game to win 4-3 over the Express Wednesday night.
Anthony Morris (St. Thomas Aquinas) evened up his record to 1-1 allowing three runs on two hits with four strikeouts over the first six innings. Nate Sellers (Wake Forest) pitched a scoreless 9th inning for the save in his debut with the Cats.
Grant McKown (Florida Tech) collected two hits, one run and one RBI while Mikael Mogues (Seton Hall) produced one run on one hit with one RBI.
The Cats look for another win tomorrow night to close out the series with the Express at 7:05pm EST.
