Catfish Home Stand Begins with Military Appreciation Night

Columbus, GA - After a three-game road series against the Savannah Sand Gnats the Columbus Catfish will return to Golden Park for a four-gamer against the division-leading Augusta GreenJackets starting Saturday. Here is what to expect during the home stand:

Saturday, July 15, 7:00pm vs. Augusta: Join us for our first Military Appreciation Night of the season. On this special day show your military ID at the ticket office for a free general admission ticket. Prior to the game the Silver Wings, the Command Exhibition Parachute Team from Fort Benning, will perform a live aerial demonstration and deliver a baseball for the ceremonial first pitch of the game. The first 500 fans with a paid admission will get a free Catfish cap thanks to Pepsi and Fox 54. Fridays and Saturdays all season the Fox 54 Family Fun Pack gets you four tickets, four hot dogs, four soft drinks and a souvenir program for just $20. After the game kids run the bases like their favorite players. Tonight gates will open at 5:00pm.

Sunday, July 16, 6:00pm vs. Augusta: Get together with your church or youth group and join us for Faith and Family Night. There will be a pre-game concert with Chase and Amanda Eiland of Rivertown Church. Every Sunday enjoy Sunday Suds and Dogs, a 24-ounce beer and a hot dog for just $5 thanks to Rooster 106.

Monday, July 17, 7:00pm vs. Augusta: If you can spare a buck come to Golden Park to see the Catfish. Each Sunny Monday all fans can get a General Admission ticket for just one dollar sponsored by Sunny 100.

Tuesday, July 18, 11:00am vs. Augusta: It's an early start for the Catfish Tuesday at 11:00am. Kids on summer vacation can enjoy Camp Catfish. We are reaching out to summer programs and daycares with a concourse full of displays for educational fun. If you're at work cut out early for a meeting with your colleagues at Golden Park. Buy a ticket for your boss because every Two-for-Tuesday, fans can purchase two tickets for the price of one at the box office window (does not include Skybox tickets).
