San Angelo Colts News Release
Amarillo, TX---The Colts suffered two losses yesterday first losing a close game 5-4 in game two of their four game series to the rival Amarillo Dillas. The second big blow was to their only current catcher on the roster Tyler Goodro. Goodro left in the middle of the game with a pulled left hamstring and has been inactivated. Emergency catcher right-hander and player/pitching coach Bryan Heaston was forced to catch the rest of the game.
With no true catcher now San Angelo signed Stephen Yoo. Yoo (pronounced you) played college ball at both Texas Christian University and USC and is in his third year of pro ball. In 2008 he spent 15 games with Long Beach in the Golden League and in 2009 he spent 23 games with Schaumburg in the Northern League. This past season he went back to the Golden League playing in 8 games with the Orange County Flyers.
