
Caruso, Thomas, Return, Bordson to Adirondack

TRENTON, N.J. - The Trenton Titans announced goalie Dave Caruso and defensemen Andy Thomas have returned from Charlotte (AHL) and Adirondack (AHL), respectively, and forward Rob Bordson has been recalled by the Phantoms..
Caruso and Thomas will be in uniform for the Titans when they continue a five-game homestand at 7 Wednesday evening, hosting Reading.
Bordson heads to Adirondack, signing an AHL contract with the Phantoms, after scoring 51 points (17 goals, 34 assists) in 38 games with the Titans. It is his second trip to the AHL this season, having played in eight games with Rochester earlier.
In another move, goalie Nick Niedert was released.
Following Wednesday's game with the Royals, the Titans welcome the Greenville Road Warriors at 7 p.m. Friday. That game will feature forwards Dustin Cameron and Randy Rowe as the Titans Silver Skaters as voted by fans. They will wear special Silver Skaters jerseys that will be auctioned on-line by MeiGray in March.
Friday's game is also a Papa John's Family Pizza Friday, including four lower-level seats, four personal pan pizzas and four small sodas for $60.
The Titans then host Elmira at 7 Saturday evening and 4 Sunday afternoon. Saturday is Military Appreciation Night, with the Titans wearing camouflage jerseys that will be auctioned following the game. Sunday is Pucks and Paws Day presented by the Easel Animal Rescue League.
