Tip-A-Condor at Hooters Tonight

CONDORSTOWN, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors host the 13th annual "Tip-A-Condor" to benefit the Kern County Shrine Club at Hooters tonight from 5-8 p.m. Tickets are $25 and include dinner. Purchase yours now by calling the Condors front office at 324-PUCK (7825). Hooters is located at 4208 Rosedale Highway.

The event features players dressed as waiters and working for tips. Included in the evening is a live and silent auction. A partial list of items up for bid is listed below. The event has raised over $130,000 in its history.
Some of the items up for bidding include:
-2011 Boston Bruins Stanley Cup Champion team signed stick
-New York Rangers stick and puck set signed by former Condor D Stu Bickel
-Syracuse Crunch (AHL) jersey autographed by former Condors: Maxime Macenaur and Dan Sexton
-Medvescak Zagreb (Austrian League) signed jersey featuring former Condors Marty Raymond, Sasha Pokulok, Adam Naglich, and Slava Trukhno.
-Anaheim Ducks package - Jersey signed by Ryan Getzlaf; puck and photo signed by Dan Sexton
- LA Kings package - autographed Willie Mitchell photo, puck, and stick; autographed puck from their AHL affiliate, the Manchester Monarchs (David Meckler)
-Condors customized mini-fridge featuring player images, signatures, and logos.
- Bryan Pitton and Matt Keetley autographed poster of the victory "Move it Like Bernie" Dance.
Plus the Condors will raffle off their specially-designed trays that they will use to serve you.
