"Victor has great experience from his previous work with the London Knights and the Ontario Under 17 team. Carneiro replaces John Neville who last month became the Director of Scouting with the Niagara IceDogs.
"Our former GTHL scout, John Neville, did an great job for us for a number of years and his work and efforts were recognized when the Niagara IceDogs hired him as their head scout. I'd like to wish John well in his new role" commented Torrie.
