
Captains Game Postponed Wednesday

he Lake County Captains game against the Greensboro Grasshoppers scheduled for Wednesday has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Thursday, May 28th with game one beginning at 5:30 PM.
Fans with tickets for the game can exchange them for any other regular season game based on availability. Tickets must be exchanged in person at the Ticket Office or the National City Ticket Information Center.
Thirsty Thursday will feature ½-price fountain sodas and draft beer, in addition to "Pub Food" appetizer specials. The Captains will also have a concert in-between games of the doubleheader featuring Nick Zuber.
Thursday is also a Win Big Night sponsored by Eat'n Park. The first 1,000 fans receive a scratch-off card and a chance to win $500 cash and other great prizes from Eat'n Park and the Captains.
The homestand concludes on Friday, May 29 with a fireworks extravaganza and another round of The News-Herald High School Home Run Derby. It's also a Chick-fil-A night at Classic Park, where one lucky fan will win free Chick-fil-A for a year.
