Caps Look to Bounce Back Tomorrow Night at Home After Friday Road Defeat
April 1, 2022 - United States Hockey League (USHL)
Madison Capitols News Release
The Madison Capitols will look to bounce back at home tomorrow night after tonight's 7-2 loss.
The Caps didn't jump out to the start they wanted this evening. Chicago took control of the game early grabbing a 4-0 lead after the opening 7:16 of the game.
Madison was able to pull within two in the 2nd period for a brief time when Jake Dunlap and Reid Pabich both buried lamp lighters. Chicago would go on to answer those goals with a pair of their own to take a 6-2 into the final 20 minutes of regulation.
The two Eastern Conference rivals will do it all again tomorrow night at Bob Suter's Capitol Ice Arena to wrap up the weekend.
