Canucks Recall Victor Oreskovich

The Vancouver Canucks, the NHL affiliate of the Manitoba Moose, announced today they have recalled forward Victor Oreskovich.
Oreskovich, 24, has appeared in 39 games for the Moose this season recording 12 points (4g, 8a) and 38 penalty minutes. The Whitby, ON native has previously played in eight games with the Canucks this season recording one assist and two penalty minutes. In his career, Oreskovich has played 58 NHL games with Vancouver and Florida in which he's recorded seven points (2g, 5a) and 28 penalty minutes. He has played in 72 career AHL games with Rochester and Manitoba with a total of 27 points (10g, 17a) and 56 penalty minutes.
Oreskovich was originally drafted by Colorado in the second round, 55th overall, in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.
