Canucks Re-Assign Edler to Moose

The Vancouver Canucks, the NHL affiliate of the Manitoba Moose, announced they have re-assigned defenceman Alex Edler to the Moose.
Edler, 20, has played in 15 games so far in his rookie season with the Canucks where he scored his first NHL goal on Nov. 30/06 vs. Anaheim and collected his first NHL assist on Nov. 6/06 vs. Dallas. He also has six penalty minutes with Vancouver. This was Edler's second recall to the Canucks this season. In 24 games so far this year with the Moose, the native of Ostersund, SWE has three goals and 12 assists for 15 points and 10 penalty minutes.
