The Atlantic City Surf got a strong outing from starting pitcher Adam Cox and plenty of offense in support of his effort to roll to an easy win on the road. Cox allowed one run on three hits while striking out eight in seven innings of work, running his record to 7-2 on the season. The Surf offense tallied 15 hits in the contest, led by 1B Eddie Kim who was 3-for-4 with three RBI. RF Josh Burrus also had a productive night at the plate. He was 2-for-4 with a solo home run and three runs scored.

The Nashua Pride broke open a scoreless game with three runs in the fourth inning and never looked back, en route to an easy win at home. The Pride out-hit its opponent 12-8 and got a solid outing from starting pitcher Jason Paul. Paul allowed just four hits and one walk while striking out eight in six scoreless innings of work to pick up the win and run his record to 3-1 on the year. Nashua DH Luis Rodriguez and 3B Aregenis Tavarez took care of things at the plate. The duo combined to go 4-for-8 with three runs scored and a pair of RBI.

Starting pitcher Wayne Lundgren led the Brockton Rox to victory by allowing two runs, one earned, on four hits while fanning nine in seven strong innings improving his mark to 5-2. Brockton collected 12 hits in the game to help its cause, led by 1B Jason Colson who was 2-for-4 with a pair of RBI. Three other Rox hitters recorded multi-hit games, including CF Eugene Julien. He was 2-for-3 with a pair of runs scored and an RBI. Sussex LF Alex Frazier and 2B Chris Brown each hit solo home runs in the losing effort.

The Worcester Tornadoes scored twice in the first inning and never trailed, as they coasted to victory on the road. Tornadoes starting pitcher Tom Cochran has pitched well all season and this game was no different. Cochran allowed one run on seven hits while striking out four to remain perfect on the season at 9-0. Worcester RF Scott Grimes had a big game at the plate, going 4-for-6 with a home run, a double, three runs scored and three RBI. Tornadoes 1B Chris Colabello also had a good game, going 3-for-5 with a pair of runs scored and an RBI. New Jersey C Matt Lauderdale hit a solo home run in the losing effort.
