JACKSONVILLE, FL - Alex Burg was the hero in the bottom of the 10th inning for the Suns as his RBI single gave the Jacksonville Suns (25-25) a 3-2 walk-off win over the Montgomery Biscuits (26-24) on Memorial Day at Bragan Field.

Despite working a rock solid seven innings, Jose Urena did not factor into Monday's decision, allowing two runs (one earned) on seven hits while striking out two batters and not issuing a single walk. After allowing both runs in the third inning, the right-hander held the Biscuits off the scoreboard in his final four innings of work.
Tyler Higgins (W, 2-0) earned his second win in as many appearances after an impressive three innings on Monday, holding the Biscuits scoreless while allowing just two hits in his winning outing.
Andrew Bellatti (L, 1-3) took the loss for the Biscuits, after allowing one run on two hits, including Alex Burg's walk-off knock, in 0.2 innings of work.
The Biscuits opened the scoring in the third inning with Alejandro Segovia coming down to score on a passed ball to give Montgomery a 1-0 lead. The Biscuits plated a second run on a Cameron Seitzer RBI single to put the Biscuits up 2-0 in the top of the third.
The Suns had their response in the bottom of the third, with J.T. Realmuto's two-out RBI double cutting the lead to 2-1 in favor of the Generals.
Realmuto came up big with two outs for the Suns again in the bottom of the fifth inning, driving a RBI double into right field to tie up the ballgame at 2-2.
The score would remain tied at 2-2 after nine innings of play, but the winner came in the 10th.
After J.T. Realmuto started the inning with a single and a stolen base, he was advanced to third on a productive groundout by Rich Poythress. Two batters later, with two strikes against him, Alex Burg drove the game-winning walk-off single into center field, hoisting the Suns to a thrilling 3-2 win in 10 innings on Memorial Day.
J.T. Realmuto led the way for the Suns with four hits, the third time a Jacksonville Sun has recorded a four-hit game this season.
The Suns and Biscuits will be back at it to play two seven-inning ballgames on Tuesday, with first pitch of game one set for 5:05 ET at Bragan Field. Game two will start roughly 35-45 minutes following the completion of Tuesday's game one.
