JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Biscuits (26-24) took a 2-0 lead in the third inning but did not score the rest of the way as the Jacksonville Suns (25-25) walked off with a 3-2 win in ten innings to open up a six-game series Monday afternoon at the Baseball Grounds.

Alejandro Segoiva led off the third inning with a single. He would eventually score from third on a passed ball to give the Bicuits a 1-0 lead. Later in the inning with two outs, Cameron Seitzer would single home Taylor Motter to make it 2-0.

The Bicuits, however, could not punch any more runs across for the rest of the game. Jose Urena and Tyler Higgins (2-0) combined to retire ten-straight from the sixth to the ninth innings. Higgins threw three scoreless innings, allowing no runs and two hits for the win.

J.T. Realmuto was the difference maker for Jacksonville. As the DH, Realmuto had two RBI-doubles, both with two outs. His two-base-hit in the fifth inning tied the game at two. In the tenth, Realmuto led off the frame with a single, stole second, moved to third on a ground ball then eventually scored on the walk off hit from Alex Burg.

Motter led the Biscuits offensively with three hits including a double.

Grayson Garvin was impressive in his first game since being activated off the disabled list. The former-first round pick threw two scoreless innings.

Jared Mortensen threw six innings in relief and struck out a season-high seven while allowing two runs.

The Biscuits and Suns will play a double-header - two seven inning games - starting at 4:05 cst on Tuesday. Biscuits will have RH Victor Mateo on the mound in game one with LH Jimmy Patterson throwing game two. Jacksonville has LH Chipper Smith in game one but has not announced a game two starter.
