Bulls tip Fronts again

Saturday, Kingston Frontenacs travelled to Belleville facing the Bulls in a home-and-away series at the Yardmen Arena. Belleville tilted the Frontenacs 5 - 3.

Evan Kotsopoulos (1) scores his first of the season assisted by Radek Smolenak and Todd Griffith at 15:31. Kingston shorthanded, Michael Lombardi takes advantage with a tying goal then Belleville takes the lead at 7:27 from Mark Johnson.

Belleville's Andrew Maksym opens the second period scoring just 53-seconds. At 4:53. Trevor Waddell and Bobby Hughes set up Anthony Stewart (2) for his goal. Belleville goes on a powerplay and Cody Thornton scores the winning goal at 9:22.

Third period, Adam Makysm scores his second of the night on the powerplay. Frontenacs' Danny Revelle (3) scores a shorthanded goal assisted by Derek Lyons at 2:43 in. The period was peppered with penalities including a fighting major and game misconduct to Bobby Hughes, 10-minute misconduct to Evan Kotsopoulos, and a fighting major to Anthony Stewart.

Final score Belleville 5, Kingston 3.

Dayne Davis faced 39 shots over 60 minutes.

Danny Revelle was the 3rd Star of the Game.

Not dressed for Kingston were Dan Dempsey, Tony Rizzi, and Brendan Duncan.

Kingston Frontenacs will wrap up the weekend on home ice Sunday as they host Sudbury Wolves; Game Time at Kingston Memorial Centre is 2:00PM.
