Bulls Offer Dollar Tickets to Military this Weekend

Durham, NC - The Durham Bulls today announce that active and retired members of the military and their families can enjoy Durham Bulls Baseball this weekend for only one dollar. The offer is good for Saturday, Sunday and Monday's games against the Scranton Wilkes-Barre Red Barons (Philadelphia Phillies). Military can get up to four tickets for one dollar each by showing a valid Military ID at the box office.

"We wanted to show our appreciation for all our military does by inviting them and their families to enjoy a weekend of baseball and entertainment at a substantial discount," Bulls General Manager Mike Birling said, "We have a full weekend of entertainment planned, so we hope to see a lot of people take advantage of this deal."

On Saturday night, the Bulls will have their first Saturday Night fireworks show immediately following the game. After the fireworks, its another installment of the Independent Weekly concert series in the left field plaza. Local favorite Little Miss Messy will perform for one hour after the game. Sunday is Pepsi Autograph Sunday, so fans can get free autographs from their favorite Durham Bulls, plus kids 12 & under get to come down to the field and run the bases. Saturday's game begins at 7:00 PM, Sunday at 5:00 PM, and Memorial Day is a special afternoon game with a 1:00 PM start time.
