
Bulls Break SPHL Record with Win

HUNSTVILLE, AL: The Birmingham Bulls defeated the Huntsville Havoc for in the VBC for the first time in franchise history.
A highly energetic, back-in-forth battle between the two in-state rivals ended with the Bulls eighth win of the season, which is a new SPHL record for the longest unbeaten streak from season's start. The record was previously held by Huntsville.
Birmingham goalie, Ben Myers made his professional debut on the ice tonight while winning Player of the Game honors with a win and 39 saves.
The Birmingham Bulls will improve to 8-0-0 on the season and remain in second place in the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) standings.
The Bulls return to the Pelham Civic Complex Saturday November 17 to face the Huntsville Havoc again for Military Appreciation Night. The team will be wearing specialty jerseys that will be auctioned off after the game to benefit Sill Serving Veterans.
