
Bullfrogs Seek Winning Record Tonight

Green Bay, Wis.- The Green Bay Bullfrogs are looking get above .500 following today against Lakeshore following last night's 12-7 victory over the Chinooks.
The Bullfrogs improved to 2-2 on the season after their first road game of the season. Ryan Radue received the win in his season debut for Green Bay and threw five innings, allowing two runs, three hits, and struck out four.
Green Bay scored four runs in the opening inning, including a pair of RBI singles from Billy Mullins and Ryan Donovan.
Lakeshore grabbed a run in the second, but the Bullfrogs came back with another four-spot in the third to give them an 8-1 lead. Three unearned runs came around to score, and Tyler Kozlowski came up with a RBI double that scored Matthew De La Rosa.
The score was 9-6 heading into the ninth inning, and the Bullfrogs scored three insurance runs to pull away with the victory.
Tonight's game features a pair of starting pitchers making their season debuts. On the mound for the Bullfrogs will be right-hander Parker Hamilton, who pitched for Florida Gulf Coast this spring.
Lake Bachar will get the start for Lakeshore. He played for UW-Whitewater in the spring and is also the kicker on the school's football team.
The Bullfrogs and Chinooks will finish out their two-game series tonight at 5:05 p.m. from Kapco Park and return home to Joannes Stadium for a June 1 game against the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters at 6:35 p.m.
