
Bulldogs Rally to Beat 67's

OTTAWA, Ontario -The Hamilton Bulldogs (19-27-4-0) came back from a 3-0 deficit to defeat the Ottawa 67's (25- 23-1-1) 5-3 Friday night at TD Place in Ottawa.
Ottawa charged out to a 1-0 lead as Jeremiah Addison jumped on a rebound for his 22nd of the year. Nathan Todd and Dante Salituro assisted the goal at 4:55 of the first period.
Connor Warnholtz gave the home side a two goal lead as he netted his 2nd of the season from Artur Tyanulin at 9:46.
The 67's opened up a 3-0 lead 9:26 into the second period when Nevin Guy scored his 5th of the season with Nathan
Todd and Artur Tynulin picking up the assists.
The Bulldogs started their comeback as Niki Petti went backhand for his 17th goal of the season to get Hamilton on the scoreboard.
The 'Dogs pulled closer with a power play goal at 16:35 of the second as Mitchell Mendonca fired a shot that deflected past Leo Lazarev. The assists went to Trent Fox and Michael Cramarossa. The helper for Cramarossa was his 100th point in the OHL.
Hamilton evened the score when Matt Luff took a Matt Strome pass and scored his 11th of the year at 17:48 of the second period.
In the third the Bulldogs took their first lead of the game when Michael Cramarossa fired in an Adam Laishram pass at 4:06.
Trent Fox finished the scoring by sliding his team leading 22nd of the season into the empty net.
The Bulldogs return to the FirstOntario Centre tomorrow to take on the Eastern Conference leading Kingston Frontenacs. Puck drop will be 7:00pm.
