
Bulldogs Lose 6-2 in Oshawa

HAMILTON, ONTARIO. The Bulldogs started off a three game weekend with a 6-2 loss in Oshawa Friday night.
Hamilton got on the scoresheet first as Navrin Mutter (1) got his first goal of the season at the 4:13 mark of the 1st period. However, the hometown Generals quickly tied things up and then put home one more to make it 2-1 by the end of the first period.
The Bulldogs came out flat footed to start the 2nd. allowing the Generals to add another two goals to pull ahead 4-1.
Matthew Strome (9) tried to get the Bulldogs back into the game with a goal at the halfway point of the third period narrowing Oshawa's lead to 4-2, but Oshawa responded with two late goals to finish the scoring at 6-2.

The Bulldogs return home tomorrow to face the Niagara IceDogs at FirstOntario Centre at 4pm.
