Bangor, ME- The Bangor Lumberjacks, a proud member of the Northeast League, announced today that they have teamed up with Pine State Trading Company to have a Buffett at the Ballpark Night on August 19th. The Lumberjacks will be giving away a pair of tickets to see Jimmy Buffett in concert at the Tweeter Center in Mansfield, MA at the end of August.

The Jacks take on the Quebec Capitales for Buffett at the Ballpark Night on Tuesday, August 19. The entire night will be Buffett themed with a blend of Jimmy and the Coral Reefer Band's music as well as Caribbean tunes. Fans wearing Hawaiian shirts or a white sport coat will have a chance to answer Jimmy Buffett trivia questions to qualify for the final drawing for the tickets. The Lumberjacks will also be qualifying fans at their Monday night game against Les Capitales.

The Lumberjacks will have specials on "Cheeseburgers in Paradise" at the concession stand, which will feature a tropical twist to all the drinks. There will also be drink specials for Corona, not normally carried at Lumberjack games.

Fans, and especially Parrotheads, are encouraged to dress in their best Jimmy Buffett attire. First pitch is at 7:15, gates open at 6 PM. Come experience Margaritaville at Mahaney!

The Jacks take on the first place Quebec Capitales in a three game series beginning Monday, August 18. All three of the games begin at 7:15, with gates opening at 6 PM. For tickets, call the Lumberjacks Ticket Office at (207) 947-1900 or stop in the Lumberjacks Pro Shop in the Bangor Mall.
