
Bucs Win on the Road, 4-2

The Buccaneers traveled to frigid Fargo, in hopes of putting some fire into their game and put a win on the board for the first time in almost a month. The Buccaneers would win, 4-2. Both teams took to the ice on Thursday night in front of a crowd of 3872 at the brand new Urban Plans Center.
The Bucs would be the first to put the puck between the pipes, as Alex Chiasson would score on a Buccaneer powerplay 6:28 into the period. His seventh goal of the season would come off assists from Brett Bruneteau and Josh Balch. Fargo would get on the board towards the end of the period, when Chris Franks was able to take advantage of a penalty on the Bucs and score a powerplay goal with an assist from Ryan LaDouceur. The Buccaneers would end the period with 12 shots on goal, while Fargo would have 15 shots against Buccaneer goalie Aaron Crandall.
The second period would go scoreless until 14:18 into the period. Matt White would put the puck past Fargo's goalie with an assist from Josh Balch. Just over two minutes later, Rocco Carzo, with assists from Chris Knowlton and H.T. Lenz, would score for the Buccaneers. Fargo would answer back with a goal from Matt Leitner, with an assist from Oleg lee at 17:12 in the period. Crandall would stop 11 shots from the Force in the second period. The Bucs would end the period with a 3-2 lead.
Matt White would start out the third period with a bang, as he would score just under two minutes into the period. White's second goal of the game would come during a powerplay with assists from Ryan Walters and Joe Gleason. The Force would be unable to score against Crandall in the final period. The Buccaneers were able to outshoot the Force, 12 to 6.
