LAREDO, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League will show off their re-vamped line-up tonight when they host division rival Corpus Christi at the LEC. Tonight is Thirsty Thursday, starting when the doors open at 6pm beer will be $2. The Bucks will auction off their special Halloween Jerseys after the game. Call 718-BUCK (2825) for tickets.

The Bucks will look to win their third straight game tonight, as they start their second straight weekend three-in-three.

Laredo comes into tonight's game having made several roster moves, including adding forwards Rick Kozak and Joey Olson, while waiving rookie forwards Ryan Fuller and Joey Moggach. Both Kozak and Olson are expected to play tonight against the Ice Rays.

Laredo went 2-1 last weekend, as they beat Corpus 3-1 Saturday, and then defeated Rapid City 3-2 in overtime on Sunday.

The Bucks beat the Ice Rays despite being outshot 33-15.

Laredo is led by two players who have eight points apiece,Alex Goupil (3-5=8), and Jason Dixon (3-5=8). Jeff Bes meanwhile, has seven points (1-6=7), including a team-leading six assists.

The Ice Rays come into tonight having lost two straight games, both at the American Bank Center last weekend. Corpus fell to Rapid City Friday 8-2, before falling to the Bucks the next night 3-1.

Tonight is the second of 13 meetings this season between the Bucks and Ice Rays.

Laredo's busy weekend continues tomorrow and Saturday, when they travel to Corpus and Rio Grande Valley.
