
CHL Partners with Yellowbook

The Central Hockey League today announced the signing of a new sponsor, Yellowbook, an independent publisher of print and on line yellow pages in the USA. The agreement brings Yellowbook on board as a digital media partner for the 2008-09 season. The relationship includes cross-marketing initiatives, title-sponsorship and advertising exposure.
"We are pleased to enter into this new partnership that reinforces the power behind the new brand - The Center of Hockey," says Kevin V. Huhn, CHL's Director of Business Development. "The collaboration with Yellowbook will allow us to illustrate our innovation as a major player in the sports world."
The agreement will place Yellowbook as the title sponsor of the Yellowbook CHL Coaches Poll which debuts on Friday, October 31st as well as placing Yellowbook as a partner during league broadcasts on âThe CHL Network' - a FREE-FOR-VIEW model that broadcasts all CHL games over the internet (visit www.nifty-tv.com/chl/ for more information).
"Yellowbook is pleased to help the Central Hockey League say Yellow to the future," said Don Bergman, Brand Manager of Yellowbook.
In 2007, Yellowbook was awarded "Awarded Greatest Brands", a book published annually for the past 6 years that showcases those brands deemed to be the greatest as voted on by some of the country's top marketing and advertising executives.
