LAREDO, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League close out their three-game homestand Thursday when they host the Allen Americans at the Laredo Entertainment Center. Game time is 7:00pm. There are great ticket specials available by calling 718-BUCK (2825). Group tickets start at just $10.

Laredo enters Thursday's game tied for third place in the Southern Conference with Texas and have a game in hand on the Brahmas. Texas is at Corpus Christi Thursday before hosting Laredo Friday night.
Thursday will be the 499th regular season game in Bucks franchise history.
The Bucks have won three straight home games for the first time since November 29th-December 8th when they won four straight at the LEC. A win Thursday for the Bucks will match their longest home winning streak of the season.
The Bucks have earned points in 10 of their last 13 games and are 8-3-2 in that span.
The Bucks are looking for their first win ever against the expansion Americans as they enter Thursday's game with an 0-2-2 record against Allen. Two of the Bucks three overtime losses have been to the Americans including Laredo's home opener on October 24th.
Laredo will start their sixth straight weekend with a three-in-three Thursday. Starting the weekend of Jan 29th Bucks will play three games in three nights in seven straight weekends. In all, from January 29th-March 14th the Bucks will play 22 games in 44 days (10 home, 9 away). They are 10-5-2 in that span.
The Americans won 3-2 in Bossier-Shreveport Tuesday night.

On Monday March 8th the Bucks will host Ladies Hockey 101 at the LEC hosted by Terry Ruskowski and the Bucks players.
Ladies will have the opportunity to learn the skills of the game from coach Rosco and the Bucks players. You will also get to have dinner with the team, a locker room tour, receive a gift bag and much more!
