"We are following a legacy that was created by Mr. and Mrs. Joe Andrews which is to reach out and help children further their education," said Lowry, Executive Director of the What-A-Belief foundation. "It is also to help those who are facing challenges in life, what ever they may be."

Tickets are available starting at $150 per person. Tables are also available at varying rates from $1,500, $2,500 and $5,000.

"What-A-Nite is exactly that, ‘what a night'," said Laredo Bucks head coach Terry Ruskowski. "Last year was one of the best nights of entertainment I have ever seen. The food is great, the entertainment is fabulous. The auction is enormous with a whole big selection of items. Plus they have a big name country star performing (Joe Nichols). It was a fantastic time. People need to come out and support this event."

The Law has purchased a table for the night. The Bucks have donated autographed hockey sticks, signed by the 2004 CHL President's Cup Champions.

The Bucks will also offer a night with the CHL President's Cup trophy as part of the auction. The highest bidder will be allowed to schedule a night to spend with the Cup at their home, place of business or other location.

Jeff Bes, Serge Dube, James Hiebert, and Terry Ruskowski from the Bucks will be present. Brian Hegnauer, Melvin Phillips, and P.J. Winston from the Law will attend.

A variety of items will be auctioned including an AKC Labrador puppy, Himalayan kitten, jewelry, painting, perfume, artwork, bronze work, hunting trips, NYPD Blue t-shirts and caps, and much more.

Proceeds will benefit scholarships for the youth of Webb and surrounding counties. The What-A-Belief foundation is also working in conjunction with Make-A-Wish.
