Bridgeport Bluefish News Release
Following tonight's game, the Bridgeport Bluefish return home Thursday, September 10 to open a four-game weekend series against the Long Island Ducks. The 'Fish and cross-sound rival Ducks will be fighting for the inaugural Ferry Cup. Come to the ballpark and enjoy the action while rooting for your hometown team.
Thursday, Septbember 10 - 7:05 p.m. vs. Long Island- buy tickets -The Bluefish and Ducks enter the final matchup during the Ferry Cup Series in 2009. Come out to the ballpark and enjoy Thirsty Thursday, presented by Budweiser.
Friday, September 11 - 7:05 p.m. vs. Long Island- buy tickets -"Freebie Friday" is always a fun night at the ballpark. The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a Bluefish Logo Hat.
Saturday, September 12 - 6:05 p.m. vs. Long Island- buy tickets -The Bluefish and Ducks will play game three of their four-game set. Come out and enjoy a nice Saturday evening at The Ballpark at Harbor Yard.
Sunday, September 13 - 2:05 p.m. vs. Long Island- buy tickets -Sunday is Family Fun Day as all B.B.'s Baseball Bunch members receive free admission to the game. All fans will be treated to a pre-game autograph session starting at 1:20 p.m. and following the contest, all kids will be able to run the bases like their favorite Bluefish players.
