Brandon Buck Grand & Toy Player Of The Week

The Guelph Storm announced that forward Brandon Buck is the Grand & Toy Player of the Week for the week ending Sunday, December 2nd.

During his first week back from an ankle injury suffered in late October, Buck recorded five points-three goals and two assists- in three games. Held off the scoresheet on Wednesday in Owen Sound, the Delaware native scored both Storm goals in the 5-2 loss to the Attack on Friday night in Guelph. He was also awarded with second star honours for his efforts. On Saturday night in Erie, the 19 year old finished off the week recording one goal and two assists in the 5-4 shootout loss.

Buck is currently third on the Storm in scoring with 23 points and tied for first in goals with 11. With this weekends point totals Buck now has nine multiple point games on the season.

Next up, Buck and the rest of the Storm are at home for two games this upcoming weekend before traveling to Saginaw on Sunday for a 2:00 pm start. On Friday December 7th, the Storm face off against the Saginaw Spirit for the annual Teddy Bear Toss game at the Sleeman Centre and host the Sarnia Sting on Saturday, December 8th. Game time is 7:30pm.
