Bounce wins shootout in Houston

Mobile, AL - The Southern Alabama Bounce Professional Basketball Team wins an exciting high scoring battle tonight against the Houston Undertakers 128 - 127 at the Forest Brook Pavilion in Houston Texas. The Bounce lead almost the entire game with solid rebounding and 3 point shots. Coach McDaniel says the team put forth a solid performance. The Bounce was lead with dominate scoring by Miles Thrash with 31 points, Michael Phillips with 21 points, Fred Meeks with 25. Tonight was Michael Phillips best performance of the year on the boards and showed his scoring ability by hitting double digits for the second game in a row. Owner Victor Calhoun says the Bounce are coming home with a two game winning streak and we are ready to give our fans something to cheer about. The Bounce was hot all night from the 3-point range and never let the Undertakers get any momentum while keeping defensive pressure on the Undertakers all night. The Bounce are on their way home to play the Knoxville Noise this Thursday, November 16th at 7:00 pm in the Mitchell Center.
