Buffalo Silverbacks News Release

Buffalo, NY. In a recent message to the ABA Buffalo Silverbacks, Ms. Wendy of the Dulski Community Center wrote: "The kids were doing a craft today that required patience and concentration. Some of the kids were getting a little frustrated and wanted to quit. All of a sudden the kids started chanting, "Do Your Best, Never Quit." My heart was happy! The children have not forgotten your message and have not only taken it to hart, but practice it with themselves and each other. Thank you." Ms. Wendy continued, "Hope the Silverbacks have their best season ever. We can't be with you and your team at every game, but our hearts will be. Take care."

The "Do Your Best, Never Quit" community outreach initiative teaches children to focus on the effort they apply to a situation and not the end result. The message, delivered by Silverbacks professional basketball players, has reached thousands of youths in the Western New York region in a matter of months.
