
Boulders Rebound to Win in 10

The Rockland Boulders got back into the win column with a 2-1 victory over the Quebec Capitales in extra innings. Ryne Birk ran home on a sac-fly to win the game in the 10th inning.
Ryne Birk had an RBI triple in the third to put the Boulders on the board first. Rockland held the lead until the eighth inning when Quebec scored two runs bringing the score to 2-1. In the bottom of the ninth, Grant Heyman scored on a Senoo Katsuya RBI single to tie the game. Ryne Birk scored the winning run in the 10th to secure the Boulders win.
The Boulders look to win the series against Quebec on Sunday, July 28th. First pitch is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. at Palisades Credit Union Park.
