
Boulders Beat Jackals Before All Star Break

The Rockland Boulders defeated the New Jersey Jackals 4-2 at Palisades Credit Union Park on Sunday, July 7th. The victory snapped the Boulders six game losing streak and will give Rockland momentum heading into the All-Star break.
The game was scoreless until the fourth inning when Matt Oberste hit an RBI double. The Boulders kept it going with an RBI single from Blake Grant-Parks, an RBI double from Richie Fecteau and an RBI single from new addition, Senoo Katsuya.
Five Rockland Boulders, including Ryne Birk, John Brontsema, Adam Ehrlich, Robbie Gordon, and Nick Kennedy will be playing in the Can-Am League versus the Frontier League All-Star Game on Wednesday, July 10th at 7:00 p.m. at Palisades Credit Union Park. After that the Boulders head to Canada to face Trois-Rivieres in a four-game series.
