
Boulders Beat Aigles in Game One of Series

The Rockland Boulders defeated the Trois-Rivieres Aigles 3-1 in the first game of a three-game series at Stade Stereo+.
In the first inning, Matt Oberste and Blake Grant-Parks each had RBI singles to put the Boulders up 2-0. Ryne Birk scored in the third inning on a wild pitch. Pitcher Edgar De La Rosa pitched 7.2 innings and only gave up three hits. De La Rosa also threw for eight strikeouts and was given the win.
Rockland will face Trois-Rivieres again on Wednesday, August 14th at 7:00 p.m. at Stade Stereo+.
