Ashwaubenon, WI - The Green Bay Booyah pitching couldn't keep the Chinooks off the board as Lakeshore won 8-6 at Capital Credit Union Park on Sunday.
Green Bay struck first in the bottom half of the second inning, scoring three runs. Nick Kreutzer led off the inning by blasting a solo home run over the right field wall. Later in the inning, with Mike Ferri on second, Ali LaPread ripped a ball up the middle into center to score Ferri. Later in the inning, Matt Korman drove in LaPread from third base on a sacrifice fly to give the Booyah a 3-0 lead.

After the Chinooks scored four runs, Green Bay tied the game up in the bottom of the fourth off a Brady West solo home run into right field. The Booyah and Chinooks stayed tied at four heading into the bottom of the fifth.
In the bottom of the fifth, Chris Williams crushed a ball over the right field wall, picking up his fifth home run of the year and put Green Bay up 5-4. Lakeshore immediately grabbed the lead back in the top of the sixth when Troy Black launched a ball over right field to put Lakeshore in front for good.
