BOMBERS NOTES
FRIDAY THE 13TH: The Bombers fell to the visiting Elmira Jackals 3-0 on Friday. Goalie David Shantz was 37 of 40 for the loss, while the Bombers managed just 28 shots at Jackals netminder Michael Teslak. Derek Couture and Colton Yellow Horn had three points each for the Jackals, in the fifth straight meeting between the teams.

Les Reaney netted a 5-on-3 goal, while Ryan Smyth put in his 16th of the year during a second 5-on-3 chance. Elmira, however, would surge back to score twice in the third period to take away a 4-2 victory. Paul Drew was 27 of 31 in net for the Bombers.
