Bobby Ryan Named Becker Shoes Attacker of the Week

Owen Sound Attack News Release
The Owen Sound Attack has named Anaheim Ducks draft pick Bobby Ryan the Becker Shoes Attacker of the Week for the first week of the playoffs ending March 25, 2007.
In the first game of the series at the John Labatt Centre, Bobby Ryan scored a short handed goal at 13:47 of the first period to get the Attack rolling. Owen Sound would eventually tie the game at 3 by the end of the second period before the Knights would pick up a 6-3 win on home ice.
The second game of the series was the following night at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre in Owen Sound. Bobby Ryan was the most dominant skater on the ice for both teams and although he did not find the score sheet he did carry the play when he was on the ice. The Knights ended up winning a 2-1 overtime thriller with Bobby Ryan being named the Second Star of the Game.

Season ticket holders have until 1pm Wednesday to pay for their seats before they will be for sale to the general public.
