ST. LOUIS - St. Louis Blues President John Davidson announced today the club has signed free agent defenseman Andy Wozniewski.

Wozniewski, 28, skated in 48 games for the Toronto Maple Leafs last season, collecting nine points (two goals, seven assists) along with 54 penalty minutes. He also appeared in 33 games with the Toronto Marlies, recording 17 points (seven goals, 10 assists) and 26 penalty minutes. The 6-5, 225-pound defenseman has played in 76 NHL contests all with the Maple Leafs, registering 12 points (two goals, 10 assists) and 81 penalty minutes.

The Buffalo Gtove, Illinois native was signed as an undrafted free agent by Toronto on May 27, 2004.
