WINNIPEG, MB. - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers today announce the following transactions:
Released from practice roster: American running back John Santiago
Added to practice roster: National long snapper Maxime Latour (Sherbooke)
Added to active roster: American running back Larry Rose. Rose (5'11, 195, New Mexico State, September 9, 1995 in Fairfield, TX.) was with the team in training camp. He spent his four-year college career with the New Mexico State Aggies, tallying 4,558 rushing yards and five touchdowns on 770 carries. In 2018, Rose signed with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent. He also spent time with the Los Angeles Rams.
