WINNIPEG, MB., February 4, 2019 - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers announce today the club has signed international defensive lineman Noble Nwachukwu.
Nwachukwu (6'2, 275, West Virginia, November 30, 1994 in Wylie, TX.) played four seasons with the West Virginia Mountaineers, finishing with 117 total tackles, 13 sacks, three forced fumbles and seven pass deflections. After college, Nwachukwu signed with the San Francisco 49ers as an undrafted free agent and spent time on their practice squad during the 2017 season.
