
Blizzard Game to be on Wisconsin Sports Channel

Tune into Time Warner Cable's Wisconsin Sports Channel 32 to check out the Green Bay Blizzard 2007 home opening victory over the Manchester Wolves. The Blizzard defeated the Wolves 35-32 in front of 6,404 people.
Every Green Bay Blizzard home game will be broadcast on Time Warner Cable's Wisconsin Sports Channel. The game will be aired on the Wisconsin Sports Channel 32 on Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at 7:00 pm and on Thursday, April 19, 2007 at 9:30 pm. The game will be aired statewide.
In other news: Former Green Bay Blizzard quarterback Chris Greisen continued his spectacular season this past week. Greisen's Georgia Force (6-1) beat the Las Vegas Gladiators in a close game 69-68. Greisen tied a franchise record for single-game passing yards by throwing for 378 yards. Greisen completed 34 of his 45 passes and threw for 10 touchdowns. This is the second game this season in which Greisen has thrown for 10 touchdowns. Greisen is currently first in the AFL in touchdowns (54) and second in the league in passing yards (2,228).
The Green Bay Blizzard go on the road to face the Albany Conquest on Saturday, April 21, 2007. The team returns to Green Bay for their second home game of the season to face division-rival, Quad City Steamwheelers. The game will feature the famous University of Wisconsin Badger Marching Band. The band will perform the halftime show and their famed 5th quarter.
