Blizzard Begin Building Roster

Green Bay Blizzard News Release


The arenafootball2 league office has assigned the Green Bay Blizzard 18 players to their 2008 roster. Green Bay's training camp will commence on Saturday, March 8th. A total of 35 roster spots are available for teams during training camp, with each team needing to be down to their final 22-man roster by the week preceding their first game.

"I feel extremely confident with the talent that we have on this year's roster so far," says VP of Football Operations Doug Lytle. "These are the players we feel will take us back to the ArenaCup in 2008," added Lytle.

The Green Bay Blizzard begin their quest for an ArenaCup championship at home on Sunday, March 30th vs. the Spokane Shock at 1:30 PM. Season tickets are still available and start for as low as $56 for the entire season.
