Dorados Ticket Prices Hold Steady For 2008

Hidalgo, Texas --- The Rio Grande Valley Dorados of arenafootball2 (af2) today announced that ticket prices for the 2008 season will remain the same as the 2007 season. Tickets start as low as $112 for the full season and $14 for single games. Group tickets remain as low as $12 per game.
"Our goal is to provide exciting and affordable entertainment," said Dorados General Manager Grant Buckborough. "As we prepare for the fifth season of arena football action in the Valley, we felt one small way to thank our fans would be to hold steady on our ticket prices. Despite the increased cost of doing business, we were able to make that a reality."
Season tickets are available now by calling 956-843-7825. Group outings are also available for each game, including the home opener when the team will raise its Southwest Division Championship banner prior to the game. Single game tickets will go on sale at all TicketMaster outlets, including online and at the Dodge Arena Box Office, on Saturday, March 31 at 10 a.m.
The Dorados open the home half of their 2008 campaign on Saturday, April 26, vs. the Bossier-Shreveport Battle Wings at 7:30 p.m. The Battle Wings eliminated the Dorados from the 2007 playoffs after Rio Grande Valley won the Southwest Division title with a 15-1 record.
