Green Bay Blizzard News Release
The Green Bay Blizzard has been assigned by the af2 league office three key veterans from the 2007 Blizzard squad.
OL/DL Greg Barnum (6'1, 364 lbs, Stephen F. Austin) and OL/DL Adam Tadisch (6'7, 340 lbs, North Dakota St.) were both members of the Green Bay Blizzard offensive line that established themselves as a powerhouse in the American Conference.
The Green Bay Blizzard were also assigned WR Nathan Hardwick (6'1, 186 lbs, Joliet JC) who during the 2007 regular season caught 60 passes for 705 yards and 12 TD. Hardwick's experience and knowledge of the Blizzard offensive system will solidify him in the Blizzard receiving core this season.
"It is great to have these guys back with us this year," commented VP of Football Operations Doug Lytle. "On any team you have to have that veteran leadership in the core of your team, and we will have that this year," added Lytle.
The Green Bay Blizzard open their season at home in a rematch of ArenaCup7 against the visiting Spokane Shock. Season tickets are still available for as little as $56 for all 8 home games! Single game tickets will go on sale Monday, February 25th at 10:00 am at the Ticketstar box office located inside the Resch Center.
For more information or to get your 2008 season tickets call the Blizzard office at (920)405-1264.
