Seth Compton's second goal of the game at 5:15 of the third period broke a 3-3 tie as the Blazers rallied from 3-1 down to knock off the Bruins 4-3 in Chilliwack on Friday night. Tyler Shattock opened the scoring with his first of two powerplay goals midway through the first period before the Bruins got goals from Ryan Howse and Brett Ward for a 2-1 lead after one. Howse scored his second of the game early in the second for a 3-1 lead but the Blazers got goals from Compton and Shattock less than a minute apart to tie the game at 3 after two period. Final shots were 42-22 Bruins as Justin Leclerc picked up the win while Mark Friesen took the loss. The Blazers were 2-for-5 on the PP and 4-for-4 on the PK.
