
Blazers Acquire Hayman From Vancouver

KAMLOOPS, BC - The Kamloops Blazers have acquired 18-year-old forward Kevin Hayman from the Vancouver Giants in exchange for a conditional 7th round selection in the 2006 WHL Bantam Draft.
Hayman, a 5'8", 180-pound centre originally from Beaumont, AB, had 2 goals in 17 games with the Giants in this, his 3rd WHL season.
Hayman, originally a 7th round pick of the Giants in the 2001 Bantam Draft, is expected to join the club in time for practice on Thursday.
The trade brings the Blazers' active roster to 23 players (13 forwards, 8 defensemen, 2 goalies).
