Kamloops, BC - The Kamloops Blazers have acquired 2005-born defenseman Sam Borschowa from the Moose Jaw Warriors in exchange for an 8th round WHL Prospects Draft pick in 2027.
Borschowa is pointless in three games with the Warriors this season. He split the 2022-23 season with the SJHL's Notre Dame Hounds and the Warriors. In 35 games with the Hounds he had two goals, seven assists and nine points. He was pointless in 15 games with the Warriors.
The McTaggart, SK native will join the Blazers this week and will be available to play in the hockey club's next home game on Friday, November 3rd against the Red Deer Rebels.
