Saskatoon Blades News Release
The Saskatoon Blades are set to take on the Brandon Wheat Kings on Wednesday, January 18th.
The game actually marks the first of back to back meetings with the Wheaties as they are also playing here in Saskatoon on Friday, January 20th.
The Blades are playing some excellent hockey as of late as winners of five straight games, including a three in three this weekend against the likes of Swift Current, Prince Albert and Regina.
Meanwhile, the Wheat Kings are headed in the opposite direction as they are without a win in their last 4 games and have only 2 wins in their last 10 games.
Brandon will also be looking to answer for a 2-0 shutout loss they suffered in their own barn to the Blades the last time these clubs met.
Game time goes at 7:05pm from Saskatoon's Credit Union Centre tomorrow night. Don't miss the action as great seats are still available. Get inside the CUC and beat the cold weather with a heated rivalry game between the Blades and Brandon!
