'Blades announce pre-season schedule

ESTERO, FL - The Florida Everblades announced their pre-season game schedule today. The pre-season schedule will feature a pair of games at Germain Arena against the Mississippi Sea Wolves on Friday, October 14 and Saturday, October 15. Both games will begin at 7:30 p.m.
Last year, the 'Blades and Sea Wolves met five times during the regular season, with the Everblades finishing with a 4-1-0 record, including going 3-0-0 at Germain Arena. In addition to the two pre-season games, the two South Division rivals will face-off against each other 10 times during the 2005-06 regular season, with each team hosting five games. The first regular season match-up is Oct. 30 when the Everblades travel to Mississippi.
Last season, the Sea Wolves advanced to the playoffs by finishing fourth in the South Division with a record of 39-24-9, however were knocked out in the first round by Gwinnett.
The Everblades open the 2005-06 season on Friday, October 21 when they host the Texas Wildcatters at 7:30 p.m.
