TODAY'S GAME: Tonight, the Bisons take on the Gwinnett Braves in the first game of a four-game series at Coca-Cola Field (7:05 p.m.). The Herd entered the 2010 All-Star Break with a 46-44 record, 6.5 games behind Scranton/Wilkes-Barre in the IL North division. Following this series, the Bisons will take on Rochester in a four-game home-and-home series.

vs. BRAVES: The Bisons are 2-2 against the Braves this season. The teams split a four-game series at Gwinnett, June 21-24 with the Braves outscoring the Herd, 24-17. The two teams have split each of the three, four-game series they've played since Gwinnett's inaugural season in 2009.

ALL-STAR DISH: LHP PAT MISCH worked an inning of shutout relief in the International League's 2-1 victory over the Pacific Coast League in last night's Triple-A All-Star Game. Misch worked the game's fifth inning and recorded two strikeouts and one walk. It was the third straight season a Bisons pitcher recorded an inning of shutout relief in the All-Star Game, following RHP NELSON FIGUEROA (2009) and LHP RICH RUNDLES (2008).

MVP RETURN: OF JESUS FELICIANO has been activated by the Herd today. Feliciano hit .291 (16-55) in 21 games with the Mets in his first ever big league time. The Bisons 2009 MVP hit .385 (72-187) in 53 games to begin the season with Buffalo. Feliciano needs to make up 37 plate appearances for his average to "re-qualify" as the top mark in the International League.

ZIPPITY DUDA: OF LUCAS DUDA has 27RBI in his first 24 games with Buffalo. The Triple-A rookie has averaged .500 (12-24) with runners in scoring position. Duda also homered in eight of the last 13 games before the All-Star break and has a .722 slugging percentage for the Herd.

BAD TIME FOR BREAK: Five different Bisons had hit streaks of five or more games heading into the All-Star Break. INF MIKE JACOBS leads the group, with a nine-game streak entering tonight (.333, 12-36). INF JUSTIN TURNER has hit in seven straight while INF MIKE CERVENAK and OF LUCAS DUDA have hit in six straight. INF RUSS ADAMS has a five-game hit streak.

METS UPDATE: The Mets (48-40) open up 10-game West Coast road trip with the first game of a three-game series against the Giants in San Francisco tonight (10:15 pm). Former Bison OF R.A. DICKEY is scheduled to start for New York. The Mets are four games back of Atlanta in the NL East division and one game out in the National League Wild Card race.
