RHP MIGUEL BATISTA has been activated off the disabled list and will start for the Bisons today. The veteran last pitched April 21 in Lehigh Valley and allowed just one run in six innings. He also struck out three and retired 15 in a row to earn his first win of the season.
Mound Work

Homering Herd
The Bisons have 26 home runs on the season, five more than any other club in the International League. The total has come in just 22 games, fewer than all but one IL team (Scranton/Wilkes-Barre has played 20 games). INF LUIS JIMENEZ leads the Bisons roster with five home runs while three others have hit four out.

RHP BRAD LINCOLN has been optioned to the Bisons after appearing in two games with Toronto (2.0 IP, 2 ER, 2 SO). Lincoln was 1-0 with a 4.50 ERA and 10 strikeouts in eight innings (five games) to begin the season with Buffalo...RHP BUDDY CARLYLE has been placed on the disabled list.
