Bisons Hire Jason Mollica as "Voice of Coca-Cola Field"

The Buffalo Bisons, Triple-A affiliate of the New York Mets, today announced that Jason Mollica has been brought on as the team's new public address announcer and the "Voice of Coca-Cola Field."

Mollica, a lifelong baseball and New York Mets fan, has spent the past four years as the Assistant Director in the Niagara University Office of Communications and Public Relations. In 2007, he began serving as the Dwyer Arena public address announcer for the Purple Eagle's men's hockey team.

Prior to his arrival at NU, Mollica worked for Fox News in New York City as a producer for Fox News Radio. He was also an editor for the Fox News Channel. While working in Philadelphia, Pa. for Comcast SportsNet, he was part of an Emmy Award-winning team that produced "SportsNite," a nightly sports-highlights program.

A native of Cherry Hill, N.J., Mollica is a 1997 graduate of Temple University, where he received a bachelor's degree in communications. Mollica currently resides in Newfane with his wife and their two children.
